- Provide, maintain, and improve AlertFunnel
- Send you alert notifications via your configured channels
- Send transactional emails (magic links, billing receipts)
- Detect and prevent abuse
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secured servers. Alert payloads are retained according to your plan's history limit (24 hours for Free, 90 days for Pro and Team). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), and SMS delivery. These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
6. Your Rights
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated data (including alert history and integration configurations) is permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of AlertFunnel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
